THINGS I LOVE:
thrift shops, old books, scissors, glitter, true crime, potato chips, road trips and so much more.

I've been making art since I was a little kid. After a BFA, a post-grad in design, and a career in advertising & design, you can now find me A. in my home studio (in a small town in western Canada), or B. online at @thejealouscurator writing about other contemporary artists.
My mixed media collages focus on the awe-inspiring strength and resiliency of women, often with a dash of humor and the occasional curse word, when required. My most recent work is titled UNDEFEATED, a series of collages in the form of big, loud, shiny trophies. Throughout time, women have always been a force to be reckoned with, especially when we're told to 'keep quiet'. If you ask me, every single one of us deserves a huge, beautiful, joy-filled award to celebrate who we are -- our perseverance, our accomplishments, and our general badassery.
